Via 313 was born out of a deep love for authentic Detroit-style pizza — that thick, airy, cheese-edged square that defines comfort food in the 313 area code. Co-founders Brandon and Zane Hunt grew up eating this iconic pie and set out to bring the real thing to Texas.
What started as a humble trailer operation in Austin quickly became a cult favorite. The via 313 pizza method — a proprietary dough recipe, Wisconsin brick cheese, and signature Detroit-style sauce-on-top construction — won over Texans who had never tasted anything like it. Today, via313 serves Houston and beyond from our flagship location at 10201 Katy Fwy.
